機(jī)械制造工藝學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì)是在我們學(xué)完了大學(xué)的全部基礎(chǔ)課、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課以及大部分專(zhuān)業(yè)課之后進(jìn)行的.這是我們?cè)谶M(jìn)行畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)之前對(duì)所學(xué)的各種課程的一次深入而綜合的總復(fù)習(xí),也是一次理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的訓(xùn)練.因此,它在我們四年的大學(xué)生活中占有重要的地位。
就我個(gè)人而言,我希望能通過(guò)這次課程設(shè)計(jì),能夠綜合地系統(tǒng)化地掌握所學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí)并加以應(yīng)用,對(duì)自己未來(lái)將從事的工作進(jìn)行一次適應(yīng)性訓(xùn)練,同時(shí)從中鍛煉自己分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力,以便于以后更好地投入工作,為未來(lái)做好打算。
一.撥叉的工藝分析及生產(chǎn)類(lèi)型的確定
1.撥叉的用途
該撥叉應(yīng)用在CA6140型車(chē)床變速箱傳動(dòng)軸上的換檔機(jī)構(gòu)中.該撥叉頭以Φ25mm孔套在變速叉軸上,并用螺釘經(jīng)螺紋孔M22mm與變速叉軸聯(lián)結(jié),撥叉腳則夾在兩齒輪之間.當(dāng)需要變速時(shí),操縱變速手柄,變速操縱機(jī)構(gòu)就通過(guò)撥叉壁部的操縱槽帶動(dòng)撥叉與變速叉軸一起在變速箱中滑移,撥叉腳撥動(dòng)三聯(lián)滑移變速齒輪在花鍵軸上滑動(dòng)以改變檔位,從而改變車(chē)床主軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)速度.
該撥叉是在停車(chē)時(shí)用于換檔的,承受的彎曲應(yīng)力和沖擊載荷較小,因此零件應(yīng)具有的強(qiáng)度和韌性均不高.該零件的主要工作表面為撥叉腳兩端面、叉軸也(H7)、鎖銷(xiāo)螺紋孔M22×1.5mm、撥叉長(zhǎng)槽,在設(shè)計(jì)工藝規(guī)程時(shí)應(yīng)予以保證.
