摘 要
為了解決日益嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染和能源危機(jī)的問題，開發(fā)了一種以天然氣和柴油為燃料的電控雙燃料發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。它是在電控柴油機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上改裝而成的，采用柴油引燃天然氣的方式來工作。由于只需另外加裝一套天然氣供給系統(tǒng)，適當(dāng)改變一下燃料供給策略，對(duì)原柴油機(jī)不必作什么改動(dòng)，故改裝簡(jiǎn)單、成本低。但改裝后天然氣替代率高，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排放性明顯改善。
本設(shè)計(jì)是在原YC6108電控柴油機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)安裝一套天然氣供給系統(tǒng)，并充分利用原柴油機(jī)上的電控系統(tǒng)，通過加裝相關(guān)傳感器，精確控制柴油引燃量和天然氣的供給量，來提高原發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和排放性。具體來說，一方面分析了電控天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃料供給策略，對(duì)天然氣供給系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了整體設(shè)計(jì)；另一方面重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了天然氣供給系統(tǒng)的一些主要專用裝置，如：氣瓶、瓶口閥、手動(dòng)關(guān)閉閥、充氣閥、燃?xì)鈮毫φ{(diào)節(jié)器、加溫器等，對(duì)其它所需部件按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了選用；同時(shí)還根據(jù)公交車車架，對(duì)天然氣供給系統(tǒng)布置與安裝進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
In order to solve the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution problems, we develop a electronically controlled dual-fuel engine natural for natural gas and diesel fuel. It is Modified by a electronically controlled engine, and work by diesel igniting the natural gas. We only add a natural gas supply system on the diesel engine, and give some appropriate changes in the fuel supply strategy, but the diesel engines emissions significantly improved.
We develop this electronically controlled dual-fuel engine on the basis of the YC6108 Diesel Engine. We make full use of the electronic control system on the diesel engine and precisely control the diesel and natural gas supply to improve the engine of the economy and emissions. On the one hand, we analyze fuel supply strategy, and design the gas supply system; On the other hand, we focused on the design of the gas supply system for some major installations, such as: the cylinder, the cylinder valve, filling gas Valves, gas pressure regulator, heating regulator, etc. We also design the gas supply system layout and installation under the bus frame.
