應用組合機床加工大批量零件,快捷高效,生產效率高是機械加工的發展方向。本次畢業設計的題目是“鉆曲軸箱前端面的孔”。本組合機床要求能實現同時鉆四孔。在工藝制定過程中,通過批量的進行鉆前端面的加工方案,并尋求最佳的工藝方案,借此說明了工藝在生產過程中的重要性。本人的設計的主要內容是:進行了機床總體布局設計;對機床的進給和傳動部分進行了設計;結合實例,介紹了夾具設計方法;通過此設計,本機床完全能滿足設計要求,與傳統的機床相比,本機床具有自動化程度高,生產率高,精度高等優點。
