高溫高速摩擦試驗機

摘要：摩擦學是一門實踐性很強的應用科學，在國內(nèi)的相關研究中廣泛使用的試驗機有滾子式磨損試驗機、四球式摩擦磨損試驗機、往復式摩擦磨損試驗機、切人式摩擦、磨損試驗機、盤銷式摩擦磨損試驗機等。摩擦磨損試驗的目的是為了對摩擦磨損現(xiàn)象及其本質(zhì)進行研究，正確地評價各種因素對摩擦磨損性能的影響，從而確定符合使用要求的摩擦副元件的最優(yōu)參數(shù)。高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗機是進行高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗的有效設備，廣泛運用于對各種高速刀具的高溫摩擦磨損性能進行測試和評價，是高速切削和新型刀具材料研制開發(fā)和應用的必備設備。該設備是高速加工和刀具材料研究方向研究工作急需的基礎設備，該設備可以擴展該學科的研究領域和提高研究水平。

Abstract: Friction is a very practical application of scientific research in China is widely used in a roller-type testing machine abrasion tester, four-ball friction and wear tester, reciprocating friction and wear test machine, cutting people friction and wear test machine, disc pins and other friction and wear test machine.
