摘 要
本文設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)簡(jiǎn)易剪板機(jī)，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)厚度10mm，寬度700mm行剪切，剪斷時(shí)間小于10s，重點(diǎn)就機(jī)架、刀架等重要部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，在設(shè)計(jì)中通過(guò)對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外剪板機(jī)，力求設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作簡(jiǎn)便，同時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理的剪板機(jī)，具體設(shè)計(jì)思路上：減少了剪切的時(shí)間并且提高了剪切精度。采用人工送料以降低成本。近年來(lái)，隨著模具技術(shù)和沖壓技術(shù)的發(fā)展，剪板機(jī)的應(yīng)用范圍在不斷地?cái)U(kuò)大，數(shù)量在不斷地增加。預(yù)計(jì)不久的將來(lái)，剪板機(jī)在沖壓用剪板機(jī)中的比例將會(huì)愈來(lái)愈大。
