摘 要
本課題主要是針對吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋的模具設(shè)計，通過對塑件進(jìn)行工藝的分析和比較,最終設(shè)計出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性，具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā)，對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計，同時并簡單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過整個設(shè)計過程表明該模具能夠達(dá)到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。根據(jù)題目設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋注塑模具的設(shè)計。也就是設(shè)計一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋塑件產(chǎn)品，以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化提高產(chǎn)量。針對吉康牌塑料飲水瓶蓋的具體結(jié)構(gòu)，該模具是側(cè)澆口的單分型面注射模具。由于塑件兩端相通，又有螺紋，并且考慮到材質(zhì)較軟，內(nèi)螺紋為半圓形且只有二圈，所以采用側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)來實(shí)現(xiàn)外螺紋，內(nèi)螺紋采用強(qiáng)制拔模。

ABSTRACT
This topic mainly aims at the mold design which The Water Injection bottle top of the label of jikang, through to models to carry on the craft the analysis and the comparison, designs a note mold finally. This topic from the product mix technology capability, the concrete mold structure embarks, to mold's gating system, the mold formation part's structure, goes against the system, the cooling system, injection molding machine's choice and the related parameter examination, has the detailed design, simultaneously and simple establishment mold's processing craft. Through the entire design process indicated that this mold can achieve this to model the processing craft which an institute requests. It is The Water Injection bottle top of the label of jikang according to the topic design's primary mission injection mold's design. It also designs an injection mold to produce The Water Injection bottle top of the label of jikang to attach models a product, realizes the automation to raise the output. Concrete structure which attaches in view of The Water Injection bottle top of the label of jikang, this mold is runner Shan Fen the profile injection mold. Because models both sides to be interlinked, also has the thread, must therefore use revolving to pull out the core organization and the side pulls out the core organization to realize. Considered the structure the particularity, its merit lies in two step movement to be possible also to carry on, and the movement is keen. Because the plastic parts connect at both ends, have thread, take into account that the material is soft, and the mould of internal thread is semi-circular and only two laps, it take the way of the core mechanism to achieve external thread, and internal thread use the way of force pull mode.

前 言
隨著中國當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的日趨好轉(zhuǎn)，在“實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興”口號的倡引下，中國的制造業(yè)也日趨蓬勃發(fā)展；而模具技術(shù)已成為衡量一個國家制造業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)志之一，模具工業(yè)能促進(jìn)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展和質(zhì)量提高，并能獲得極大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，因而引起了各國的高度重視和贊賞。在日本，模具被譽(yù)為“進(jìn)入富裕的原動力”，德國則冠之為“金屬加工業(yè)的帝王”，在羅馬尼亞則更為直接：“模具就是金”。可見模具工業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中重要地位。我國對模具工業(yè)的發(fā)展也十分重視，早在1989年3月頒布的《關(guān)于當(dāng)前國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策要點(diǎn)的決定》中，就把模具技術(shù)的發(fā)展作為機(jī)械行業(yè)的首要任務(wù)。
近年來，塑料模具的產(chǎn)量和水平發(fā)展十分迅速，高效率、自動化、大型、長壽命、精密模具在模具產(chǎn)量中所戰(zhàn)比例越來越大。注塑成型模具就是將塑料先加在注塑機(jī)的加熱料筒內(nèi)，塑料受熱熔化后，在注塑機(jī)的螺桿或活塞的推動下，經(jīng)過噴嘴和模具的澆注系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入模具型腔內(nèi)，塑料在其中固化成型。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是吉康牌飲水瓶蓋的注塑模具設(shè)計。也就是設(shè)計一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)吉康牌飲水瓶蓋塑件產(chǎn)品，以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化提高產(chǎn)量。針對吉康牌飲水瓶蓋的具體結(jié)構(gòu)，通過此次設(shè)計，使我對點(diǎn)澆口單分型面模具的設(shè)計有了較深的認(rèn)識。同時，在設(shè)計過程中，通過查閱大量資料、手冊、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、期刊等，結(jié)合教材上的知識也對注塑模具的組成結(jié)構(gòu)（成型零部件、澆注系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)向部分、推出機(jī)構(gòu)、排氣系統(tǒng)、模溫調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)）有了系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識，拓寬了視野，豐富了知識，為將來獨(dú)立完成模具設(shè)計積累了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本論文共分了十章，內(nèi)容包括注塑件結(jié)構(gòu)分析與材料的選擇，型腔數(shù)量和布局，注射機(jī)型號的選擇，分型面的設(shè)計，澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與分析，排氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，導(dǎo)向.推出及復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計，側(cè)向分型與抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計，冷卻的計算，有關(guān)校核的計算，成型零件的設(shè)計，模具動作過程，模具材料選擇及數(shù)控程序的編制.
