摘 要
振動(dòng)樁錘一般是使用雙軸式的激振器來產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)的。振動(dòng)機(jī)械中，為了減少樁和土壤的摩擦力，我們是靠振動(dòng)樁錘的機(jī)械振動(dòng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)的，并且為了達(dá)到沉樁的目的還要靠它的自重和外加的的作用。振動(dòng)樁錘有液壓式和機(jī)械式兩種類型，對(duì)于液壓振動(dòng)錘就應(yīng)用比較少。振動(dòng)樁錘是采用機(jī)械式并且是定向的激振器。它是由兩根裝有一樣的偏心塊的軸組成，當(dāng)偏心快回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，在水平方向上的分力大小相等方向相反就會(huì)抵消，而垂直方向的就會(huì)疊加。振動(dòng)樁錘的組成包括導(dǎo)桿、壓縮彈簧、電動(dòng)機(jī)、減振粱、振動(dòng)箱、皮帶輪等。它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)包括有沉樁質(zhì)量很好、持久耐用、貫入力強(qiáng)、結(jié)構(gòu)很緊湊、噪音很低、效率又高、沒有污染等。

ABSTRACT
Vibratory pile hammer is generally flat twin shaft vibrator is used to produce vibration.Mechanical vibration, in order to reduce the friction of pile and soil, we is accomplished by vibration pile hammer of mechanical vibration, and in order to achieve the purpose of pile driving depends on its weight and plus. Vibratory pile hammer with hydraulic and mechanical type, hydraulic vibration hammer is used for less. Vibratory pile hammer is adopt mechanical directional vibrator.It is made of two with the same eccentric block and relative rotation axis, two axis on the eccentric block produced by centrifugal force, in the horizontal component of offset each other, vertical component of the stack. Vibratory pile hammer composition including the guide bar, compression spring, motor, vibration beams, vibration box, pulley, etc. Its advantages include pile of good quality, durable, strong penetration, the structure is compact, low noise, and high efficiency, no pollution, etc.
